Returns Policy & Guarantee

If you are a Consumer, by law you have the right to cancel your contract before you receive the products or to return any products to us within 7 working days after the date of receipt of the product. It is your responsibility to take care of the products provided by Pladda Rock Mosaics and also to ensure that the products and their packaging are not damaged. Your right to cancel you order after receiving the products shall not apply to:

Products supplied to your specification or which are personalised;

Pladda Rock Mosaics will accept returns only on faulty goods. Under these circumstances the buyer must notify and return the goods within 48 hours of receiving them.
